Check out this row, which is an excellent rowing movement for multiple reasons. Here are two of those reasons:
1. By standing in front of the plates, the plates on the barbell do not run into your torso as with some other row variations, allowing for a fuller ROM.
2. The only path the bar can take is one that forces you into proper form. You are required to pull up and back with the elbow, hammering the lats by nature. This is not the case with other similar 'single arm barbell' row variations.

Repped--I was just looking for another way to do rows--I am maxing out my weight stack on my lat pulldown, it won't be long before I max out my 120 lb DB's for 1 arm rows, and I can't do BB Rows because of a back issue. This is a great solution that won't require any new equipment.

I can't believe I haven't thought about that before. It's pretty simple, and very effective!
Tried it today, and it pretty much forces your lat to do the work instead of your biceps. It even took out some of the momentum that can happen from time to time. Good exercises, repped.50% fact.
50% magic.
100% results.
Know who invented deload week? Haters. People who want to slow you down, so they can catch up.
