First time doing the ketogen and its almost two weeks, the "flu" u get from adapting is making me feel like the last sht i took. Thank God for my creatine or my strength gains and mass would be where Waldo can be found -_- hell i wouldnt be surprised if i lost mass. But i have noticed some fat loss, i am jst worried about my mass and if i am losing alot of it. Any info tips or motivation would be great. Sorry im still a nub to the forums

Quite often its due to low sodium, when you go keto, you can't store as much sodium, this makes people feel fatigued. Put more salt on things, drink sugar free poweraide, etc.
It's not uncommon for people on keto to drop a boullion stock cube into some warm water and chug it down each morning.
Give it a shot, I'd be willing to bet you feel a whole lot better.
