Welcome all the ladies. You all look like you came from a fitness modelling agency. All so beautiful!!!
Haha, I'm the same. When I can have what I want I can pass by cookies without a care in the world. When on a cut I yell "who left the cookies in my line of sight?".
Damn str8 living the dream! Impresses dedication. You are going to bring it!
Welcome and good luck!!!
Damn, I have no doubt you have this power to.
Welcome and good luck. No guarantees on the drama part. I suspect there will be more as the cuts get deeper.

Today's picture from my walk. Going to start taking more hardcore pictures, these are feeling a little to relaxed and sissy for my hardcoreness. Need to amp this sht up.
Here is the backside of my inspiration that keeps me from getting out of shape. My wife who's almost 50 and married to me for 30. She lifts maybe once a month but maintains an incredible youthful look and physique through diet and walking. I love her to death.

X, it seems like a lot of people don't take you serious, for stuff you have done in the past and while I don't take this place as serious as I used to, it would be f'cked up if this thread is indeed just your way of f'cking with people and you yourself are not going to come through in June.
As for me I don't know you enough as a member (everyone knows you get to know members here after a while) to know if you are serious or not, but I sure hope you are because while this place has surely gone downhill I still feel it is a good place for people to encourage one another and for people like me to help others in something most members here have a common interest and that is bettering themselves.
We will see come June 1st.On the list for Bannukah

John, I'm choosing to think that this is serious mostly because Scoot posted enough pics to show he looks good and wants to look better.
And there are a lot of good people in here. We've had plenty of train wrecks lately in here, this is a nice change. Motivated people and friendly competition!
If this is a joke, well, let the joke be on me. I've got plenty of good vibes from this already** Marie **

I don't think he's joking. And this is coming from a train wreck in the thread person.
I do think he's wishy-washy with what he says about who's in and who's out, blah, blah, blah, though.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1
Working to regain strength, muscle, endurance, and lose some blubber. Damn you drinking-wine-on-the-couch. Why are you so good?

I agree..
And its good to see you! I liked having the thread last year that you had for the 100k (now 200K?) transformation contest... it was really great to see everyones progress and to keep up with people who were on the same track. I hope this thread can be similar, we have a lot of the same people from that one in here. Its nice to see familiar faces and new ones as well.
for me, im always serious about my goals, will be posting pics and dexa results tomorrow.www.bikinisandbiceps.com

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.

Welcome!!!
What does this even mean? When you can get some grain of sand from the beach and tell me which ones are serious and which ones are not then I will listen to drivel like this. Unfortunately so many people in this world think they are special fcking snowflakes.
You are so going down.
If morning strolls and pretty pictures aren't the recipe for my Summer shred then I am so screwed.
Thanks HH4E, high five back at ya!!!
No not processing, just clicking and uploading on my $200 Canon sx600hs. Thanks for comment. Tell Val that its for science.

Day 11 of IF.
I forgot my creamer at home today !!! had just black coffee until noon So hard core
This morning was cardio (more for rehab than burning any cals - machines are terrible at burning calls). 30 min on 3 different things because I hate it and I get so bored!
Scoot, I see that you are now competing with Chaos in the undie male model department** Marie **

No creamer!!! Are you ok?
Did my every 5 day pics and although things are progressing along prep coach said to drop meal 7.
I won't miss the shake , 3 a day is a bit much, but oh I will miss the 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter. Oh well, soon my carbs will be leaving me like a sugar baby leaves a bankrupt sugar daddy.
