This might piss off some people, but just being 'stong' is damn easy. Hell, you can eat whatever you want....have some drinks even. Now hitting that look of being lean an defined WITH SIGNIFIGANT MUSCLE MASS is not freaking easy! Major props man! You do it well.

Hey, how come when I try to bulk I can't eat enough and now that I'm cutting I wanna eat all day, lol. Got my hardest workout done today since mid November. Left side is blown up and getting iced down...... but I survived. Gotta play the calorie game still, starting at 1,900cal then adjust.

I'm writing this because I'm bored and it's been dreadfully dead around here......

Haha, I'm the same. When I can have what I want I can pass by cookies without a care in the world. When on a cut I yell "who left the cookies in my line of sight?".

Here is my living the dream eating for the day. At some point carbs start slowly disappearing until I do carb rotation and then a full out zero carb for 7 days with a 1 hr free for all refeed.

I think this little guy would like to play. Will try to post some current fluffy pics by the weekend. I'm thinking about doing a show May 31st, so this should slot right in. At this point, I'm trying to get stronger so I'm still bulking, but I will start my cutting in late February.

I'd like to join in if I may. I am way past old enough and I am doing some serious cutting. Been on an 18 month bulk. Gained about 20 pounds. I'm hoping that at least 5 or 6 is muscle. I'll be posting pictures every couple weeks on my dashboard. I feel like a fat pig, so I could use some accountability.

That being said, this thread is dangerously close to being overly drama ridden for me. I don't have time for that. So, I'll hang around as long as it stays on topic. If it starts becoming a crazy train...I'm outta here.

I have a "before" photo that was taken roughly June last year.

This is "the year i'm going to fix my legs" and whilst i'm never going to have huge legs naturally (8" ankles) i hope to improve them a bit

X, it seems like a lot of people don't take you serious, for stuff you have done in the past and while I don't take this place as serious as I used to, it would be f'cked up if this thread is indeed just your way of f'cking with people and you yourself are not going to come through in June.

As for me I don't know you enough as a member (everyone knows you get to know members here after a while) to know if you are serious or not, but I sure hope you are because while this place has surely gone downhill I still feel it is a good place for people to encourage one another and for people like me to help others in something most members here have a common interest and that is bettering themselves.

We will see come June 1st.

And its good to see you! I liked having the thread last year that you had for the 100k (now 200K?) transformation contest... it was really great to see everyones progress and to keep up with people who were on the same track. I hope this thread can be similar, we have a lot of the same people from that one in here. Its nice to see familiar faces and new ones as well.

I forgot my creamer at home today !!! had just black coffee until noon So hard core

This morning was cardio (more for rehab than burning any cals - machines are terrible at burning calls). 30 min on 3 different things because I hate it and I get so bored!

Did my every 5 day pics and although things are progressing along prep coach said to drop meal 7.
I won't miss the shake , 3 a day is a bit much, but oh I will miss the 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter. Oh well, soon my carbs will be leaving me like a sugar baby leaves a bankrupt sugar daddy.
