Wow so much going on in here and so many great pics!
I'm sitting between 132-134 lbs. I'll be starting my diet on Monday. The plan is to get shredded by June 1st. I'm guessing I'll end up around 115 lbs.
My starting point.
I plan to do my 2nd set of progress pics April 1st and my end pics June 1st.
Let the games begin...National Level Competitor (Female BB)

LOL … well that is exactly why I'm going under the knife. Pregnancy and breastfeeding were not kind to me… I suppose most women would say the same. If your wife wants to do it… let her!
You already look amazing… you don't look like you even have 15lbs to lose? I thought I only had about 15lbs to lose but I clearly have way more body fat than you! Of course, your goal may be more extreme than mine.
no kiddin'… same here! Lol

Wow, lots of people joining in !
I would love to get a total amount of weight lost between us all...... should be a pretty good amount.
Well I made it through 3 days of lifting this week, not bad imo. Today I had my 1st chest day since November. Two weeks ago I couldn't bench 95# so I stopped. Today I did 95#- 3x10, embarrassingly light, but a improvement nevertheless. I also got to do inclines, declines & flys but I did lower reps on those. My left side just won't fire but I did do better. I have a head cold to make things even more uncomfortable.
If anyone has delt with a pinched nerve ( we think ) that has hit you in your lat, trap, arm & neck to between shoulder blades, PLEASE chime in. I am listed as Thoracic back pain/Paresthesia of arm. Next appointment is for a EMG of arm on 2/11.

Some back pics from today. Up 11 lbs in 2 weeks. No, I'm not on. Resuming creatine and doing a size program is getting me back to where I used to be. For net new, actually have an upper chest and rear delts now lol. Lower quads are kinda coming along.

First let me set the record straight and say that I have NEVER been uncomfortable with my breast size. My issue is with the shape/firmness. Have you seen or do you have any experience with a post-pregnancy post-breastfeeding breast? Imagine a taut-skinned 25 y/o C-cup-sized boob. Now inflate that C to a D when pregnancy happens. Further inflate that D to a DD when breast milk comes in. Then, after being sucked dry by a newborn or two, that breast tissue (in some cases) atrophies to a point where there is only enough left to technically be a B cup… that is still encased in the SKIN that used to be a DD. We are talking bean bags that are only 1/4 filled with beans. I'm not trying to look like Dolly Parton here… I just want to be able to run through my living room naked without having propeller action going on on my chest. I'd like to be able to get on stage in a competition one day without having to wrap my boobs in duct tape so they don't accidentally ooze out of the side of my suit. Yes, I do know some women who got breast implants because they were official members of the itty bitty titty committee. However, most of the women I know do it for the same reason as I am… to "fix" the damage that was done.

LMFAO, that was funny....My wife's reasoning as well....To your post above, I told her I'm fine with them as is, but if she wants them because of being "uncomfortable" she's the one wearing them, she earned them having and feeding the kids, so look into it if she wants them and find a good surgeon. It wouldn't matter to me either way,..(and it wouldn't srs). I can only imagine that would be an uncomfortable process overall in terms of soreness & recovery,so it's not like it's a snap decision.

Wow....things really picking up in here! Great to see even some dedicated, hard working ladies here.
Things are on pace for me. Down just over 22lbs since Jan 1. I am at 205. From here on out, no more scale for me. Just will screw with my head too much at this point. 4 full weeks and not a single slip. I am committed to seeing this though. Fighting that 'shrinking' feeling by covering up more, even when I workout. Hoodie for me most of the time.
It is nice when you lean out enough that you can see the blood vessel between the bicep and tricep. I think it is the brachial artery?...not sure though. But when you flex your arms out straight the bicep pulls up and tricep flexes down and it pops out in the middle. That is not something that is normally there for me.
Skin in torso is finally getting that granular feeling. That feeling where your sub-q does not fell homogeneous but rather you feel little bumps in it. (which I know means it is starting to drop). Leg skinfolds are down to 3mm. I can tell the good stuff is getting ready to happen!
Wishing everyone else the best of luck....but luck aint gonna do it. Nothing will except the resolve to hit your goal.....even over the extra scoop of food, the cookie or piece of cake. This victory is won in small increments from a never ending onslaught of temptation. Giving in to even one is a leak in the dam that begins to erode it from within. Thats how it is for me. It is the reason I dont cheat. I know in reality that the single cooking will have zero impact upon my eventual goals. However the mental cost to me is not worth it. I need to win the battle in my mind first. Willpower, and the ability to prove I can do this is something I protect most dearly. It is the reason I dont believe in "trying" to do something. It only re-enforces your willingness to fail.RAW lifts

I really thought I'd join but I made the mistake of reading all the posts.
After seeing all the ladies' "fat" pictures (i.e. before) I realized this is completely out of my league“The worst thing I can be is the same as everybody else. I hate that.” - Arnold Schwarzenegger.
I despise being average, mediocre or just another face in the crowd. There must be more to life than that.

Well thanks for making me feel guilty for some popcorn and a margarita last night .
I havnt had a single cheat meal in 8 weeks, yesterday was the first day I was even in the ballpark of maint cals, easy enough to make up for a higher day as long as it's not a day of having the feed bag strapped on...

No no no...I'm sorry, really never meant that. I have a tendency to always call myself fat even when I'm not, and I never see others that way, certainly didn't think borkie or anyone else was fat. Please please join in the fun and don't think anything of my stupid remarks..
It's about change, goals, motivation, and everyone has their personal starting point and goal. Also, some people have been doing this longer than others..Last edited by Cass40; 05-02-2022 at 05:52 PM.

NO, absolutely not out of your league.
Like Cass said, fat is just a word we toss around to say we carry more fat that we would like. And our goals are all different. Some ladies on here are competitors (Like Kimm, Angel, Stephanie, Dieselmom and Simpy) while others just want to look a little better (my real goal is actually walking without a limp!)
For the record, I just looked at your profane pics and you look fine as is already! Please stay We are all in this together!** Marie **

Thanks for this!
I have decided to go the IF route for now(Leangains protocol) and I have not "cheated" once in 14 days. I was tempted today as I was at the coffeeshop with a friend and first thought, what is 1/2 breakfast cookie before noon in the grand scheme of thing, but then stopped myself and stuck with my coffee only before noon thing.
I told myself I would do IF and I am very close to get this habit down so I have to stick with it.
30 min Pilates at the gym today because it was my 6th workout day this week and I felt lazy! Finished week 6 of Strong Curve!
14 days of IF at around 1650 cal.
I may have lost 1 lbs, not sure** Marie **

I don't know how much bulkier I will get in terms of fat gain... my trainer/coach has me doing all supersets to burn some of my fat stores and my protein is up to 187.5 grams per day. I certainly don't want to lose any weight, and that's the only reason I'm checking my weight every week or so. I will increase my calories over the small (150-200 kcal over maintenance) surplus I'm eating now only if I start to lose weight.
Under Construction.
