LOL! It's all in the technique, my frosty friend. You gotta start with short exposures and build up slowly over weeks - taking time between exposures to let the skin heal.
You don't paint a house by gooping it on in one thick coat, you gotta take your time and build up layers. The same principle holds true for kick-ass tanning.

Nice work Drux. OK, I am stoked about June 1. Got back to basics yesterday. Incline barbell bench, flyes, etc... Pounded the chest from every angle. Got a good hurt on today. Cleaned up diet. Going for aesthetics only. Its all about the June 1 picture. Anyone else in besides who is listed in ops first post?

Not this one, it's gotten real fukked up the more I work out and the heavier weights I lift. Was a straight line before but now it literally is a series of scars going from pec to pec about an inch long each and set up like ladder rungs. Starngest scar I have seen yet and even my Dr looks at it like "WTF?"
"You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."
