So I was just diagnosed with a serious caffeine allergy, I know this sounds ridiculous. But I need a good pre with NO stims such as caffeine. I need energy, focus, and pumps. Recommendations would be great.

look at Opus , Push 10,Hemavol ,or Body Octane for some stim free options.

Look at the label for HIT's - Peak Perform Caffeine Free
It has a good ingredient list....I just received my tub of it today and will try it out tomorrow.

1.5g agmatine
8g citrulline malate 1:1
2g betaine anhydrous
2g beta alanine
