-i'm usually a very even tempted person who doesn't express how I feel(I keep it all inside and talk to my psychiatrist/therapist)it's almost as if I can distance myself from emotions
-I have a history of not responding to medication
-On new medication(that i've been on for 3 months) that is making me less depressed
-Same medication leads to me occasionally having irrational bouts of anger(I completely flipped my **** when a peanut butter jar wouldn't open) combined with anti-social thoughts
75% of the time i feel less depressed,25% of the time I feel more depressed and really pissed off
-much more volatility when it comes to my mood
-not sure if I should settle for being depressed less often it it means I get really angry occasionally
-only get mad/more depressed during depressive episodes(mania is about the same)
