    i eat over 6 thousand calorie every day but i dont increase in weight?

    i walk to school 3 mile and home every day, and eat huge meal both home and at school then i go to gym and workout my arms but i never gain strength or size no matter how much i eat i usually eat 6k calories everyday and eat crap food just to get calories in but i never increase in anything my arms werre 33cm now they are 31cm

    yes because i have no appetite after my workout but sometimes i eat a third meal so in total around 7k calories on those days

    I'm willing to bet you don't eat anywhere near 6k. Start tracking your calories and you'll probably find it is much lower than you think. Find how much your body burns daily and add in your exercise factor, simple physics. Eat more than you burn unless you train with Michael phelps.

    I was eating 4.5k and exhauated from it. Id eat like 9 times a day because i was too full otherwise. You dont eat 6k in 2 meals. Track prpperly

    Notsureifsrs ... If srs, 6k calories will only make you put on fat. No matter how much you walk, I doubt you really need that much calories. Keep doing this and you will get fat before you can see it.
