i walk to school 3 mile and home every day, and eat huge meal both home and at school then i go to gym and workout my arms but i never gain strength or size no matter how much i eat i usually eat 6k calories everyday and eat crap food just to get calories in but i never increase in anything my arms werre 33cm now they are 31cm

Eat more... or start tracking accurately since I doubt you get 6k a day?

I'm willing to bet you don't eat anywhere near 6k. Start tracking your calories and you'll probably find it is much lower than you think. Find how much your body burns daily and add in your exercise factor, simple physics. Eat more than you burn unless you train with Michael phelps.
