About Me:
My name is Dillan, I'm 23 Years Old and I work full time in the Mental Health field. I started working out a couple years ago and have bounced around in weight. My all time high was 380lbs. I became very depressed and was disgusted with myself. I started lifting and eating healthier which was harder for me than the time I put into exercise. Right now I am sitting at 285lbs which is about 100 less then my high but I'm looking to drop another 85lbs and get down to 200! I am hoping to use this product and the new years as a good excuse to switch up my diet and training!
Diet:
I have cut out all fast food, soda, and increase lean protein and water intake. I am going to try a diet of about 1980 calories with a ratio of 45% Carbs, 30% Protein and 25% Fat. I will change it up a little after I see some progress of sorts.
Training:
Right now I'm working out 5 days a week with a couple off days that will still have mild cardio. I will list them as I log. Switching from full body workouts to focusing on certain muscles every day.

Meant to slap this up yesterday but didn't get around to it. I worked out Shoulder and Forearms. No cardio as my right foot was giving me some problems. I have Planters in that foot and it acts up from time to time. Once again Beta-Cret delivered. Was tired heading to the gym but within 10 minutes it hit. Energy and tingles in my ears haha. So far no complaints

Todays workout was Abs and Cardio. By the end of it my abs were completely destroyed. I continued to do cardio afterwards since my foot was feeling better. It was mostly a fast walk with some mild jogging. Not as much as usual. Beta-Cret held out well and kept me moving through the entire 2 hours. Lemon Lime taste is spot on with 6-8 ounces of water. Taking 1 scoop still as it is more then enough. No crash or getting tired after the gym either.

Todays workout consisted of Chest and Triceps. I like to do mine towards the end of the week because it gives me something to look forward to and I don't have to worry about that rush of everyone doing Chest day the same day. Gym went well today and cardio was really good. Almost half of it was a jog and I can tell that I'm jogging longer and longer during my walks. Got my heart rate up to 175 which is impressive for me! Earlier around Christmas I bought myself a Fitbit activity tracker and spent the extra money to get one with a built in heart rate. The BPM is usually 1-2 numbers off of what the treadmills built in HR says so I love using it for everything. Might need a little more water with my pre workout next time since this time around it gave me some stomach cramps for about 10 minutes before subsiding. Head was pulsing hard too. This has happened with previous pre workouts from time to time with me also I just need to adjust my water/pre intake. Other than that lifts felt good and body is spent!

Ok missed logging Saturdays workout and about to head out now for Leg Day but here was Back and Biceps. I added a couple new exercises to the program since it felt about time to switch it up. I added Barbell Bent Over Row, Iso Lat Wide Pulldown, and Concentration Curls. I took out a few to that these replaced. Barbell Pyramids is a switch off between me and my lifting buddy where we start with an outer grip and then switch to inner grip every hand off to each other so we evenly work both bicep heads. So for example I'd start and do 1 curl Inner, hand to him he does 1 inner as well and then back to me for 2 reps outer all the way up until 5 reps and then back down. It's a great burnout and it turns out to be 30 reps each set. Alright out to hit the gym! Stuff is working wonders!

Posting late seems to be my motto. Sorry about that. Work has me pretty busy lately. Did Leg Day but skipped on the Cardio what with my right foot hurting. I have Planters and from time to time is acts up and I have to stay off my heel. Weights have no affect on it but cardio sure does. Loving this Beta-Cret and hit a couple new PRs! Just got some better equipment in recently so I'm taking advantage of the new stuff! No more smith squats EVER AGAIN!

Today was a pretty awesome day! I hit a few PR's, managed to pull my own body up twice for pull ups! I've never been able to do even 1. Carbs were a bit high and that bothers me. Meant to keep them lower. Will have to work on that tomorrow. Regardless today's lifting was the best in a long time. Maybe it was the carbs? Haha

Shrugs were pretty high today. I didn't do wrist curls because my wrists were acting up from bowling so I laid off them. Got some cardio in afterwards. Been doing better on the jogging.
