It doesn't seem like there are alot of people using this, what do you guys think about how it's set up? Seems to have good frequency, and a proven progression scheme, albeit slow progression.
I'm thinking of switching to this, just wanted to see what you guys think of it? I've been squatting/benching 2x week for agood while now so that's not an issue, just haven't been following any sort of intelligent progression scheme.
Thanks.

I ran the full body program coming back from a foot injury. It was the first time I trained full body, and really enjoyed it. Pretty much any one of the templates will work, it has more to do with the effort you put in than the template, that's why people get results with a lot of different things.
Just don't think when it says 3x10 on dumbbell bench that 3 sets of a weight you know you can hit is gonna get it done. You still gotta go heavy as you can.

I do Team Andros powerbuilding 2.0 which is similar in ways to the 531 full body with boring but big. but more to it. They use 351 power lifting. Been doing it for almost 6 months and I love it at 45 years of age
USe google page to translate it http://www.team-andro.com/bigandstro...erbuilding-20/
