Was the guy who asked for the money a kinda old guy? When I went there we had to pay around 300ea (tiny ****ing bottles of Moet for the stripper). She was a ****ing 10/10 though. Looked like Rachel Mcadams. The other girl there had heaps of tattoo's.

Thanks, I think so too. I can understand people saying they'd do something different, but when you're actually in the situation, things are different. it happens very rarely most clubs are aware of these scumbags and they have made black lists for tourists to avoid certain places and rules which they should follow to not get scammed.
obviously there are still some ****s from uk who get scammed from time to time

Considered it but had to think quick and I was just too drunk, plus, the strip club was way out from where I was staying and the streets are like mazes at night. To navigate home had to basically find the sea and follow the coast lol. Things could have ended a lot worse tbf

He works for a large multinational company and there was a bunch of (married) businessman having a good ol' time at the strip club. Closing time comes and time to settle up and the club doesn't take credit cards. Here is my buddy being escorted around town trying to find an ATM to take out ~10k euros at 430 am. They kept the rest of the guys at the club.

Fortunately they got the money and no broken bones but I don't think any of those *******s will be going back to middle European strip clubs.

The locals were unbelievable I know, compared to the poverty genetics in the UK anyway. Girls here at 2s compared to the average Croat. Wish we went exploring more, nicest place we went was prolly the square in Split, very nice architecture.

This is a very common scam I saw it many times when I was visiting Europe. Especially if you're an American.

I went to a strip club in Strasbourg and they tried this same chit on me. I was already aware of the scam, I read about them all before I traveled there and things to be careful of. When I sit down I asked exactly how much the drinks were and what was my tab after every single drink. I was up to around 50 euros, and I tell them to cash me out, and then the bouncer or wtf ever he is comes over and tells me the total is 600 euros. I told him I just asked my tab total 45 seconds ago and it was 50, he said the guy was wrong and that was the tab and then goes straight to saying, "You either pay me right her right now, or I drag you outside and you pay me out there after im done"

Only thing was I travel in pretty large groups and there was 14 of us there, I guess they didnt realize we were all together. Some of my bigger friends come over ask whats going the bouncer calls other bouncers, there is 14 of us, 6 of them, and the place is getting silent because it looks like we are about to pop off. One of my friends is on the phone and the manager ask him who he is calling and he tells him the police to file a complaint, they then just tell us to gtfo and not to come and if they say any of us again they would kill us.

So yeah, just do some research before hand, you will find info on the safe ones to go to who play by the rules. I can only imagine how much gets stolen a day from foreigners there. I was so sick and tired of all the scam attempts when I traveled Europe. Brb can't go anywhere without someone snapping your picture then demanding money, then starting to scream if you refuse to pay,or someone forcing something in your hand then screaming for payment, or people trying to pick your pocket. I caught hands in my pockets atleast 3-4 times in my travels there. I was ready to just start murdering people by the time I left.

I never though of it until now but these hot girls were handing out these cards for a free drink in their bar and asked if I wanted to go in so I followed them, and this bar was behind this black curtain for a door, it was dodgy as hell.
