new member-photos
thats some photos of mine, so as to tell me what u dont like, what u like,what should i improve and generally your opinion.(please notice that i have never used any kind of anabolics and that staff).thats outcome of 1,5 years excercising in the gym.

I say that keep doing whatever you have been doing, because it is obviously working. Nice abs and big arms. Were you always lean, or did you achieve that in the 1.5 years you trained? What are your goals now?

You have amazing delts and arms.
The legs and calves are lacking, though. Keep doing whatever you're doing, just squat harder! :]
Maybe do some leg lifts to bring out the bottom two abs? ;x

believe me, if i was using, juice i'd have told you already.really.look, if you read all the thread you must have seen that i was a polo player for years.that really help me to built a lined body.

It's a food matter. You don't eat enough to be gaining muscle weight.
You have excellent shoulders biceps and quads but you have no lats or chest and no back thickness.

what hes trying to say is you dont look like youve been juicing at all
anyways you need to work on your entire lower body... back/legs.. other then that you look great your arms are huge
