I've followed the advice of Kris for years and the knowledge/motivation that he has provided to me has really helped take my training to another level. It's only natural for him to have come out with the Kaged Muscle supplement lineup and I know that the different products will be top of the line for sure! In looking through the different products, I'm interested in so many of the products, but with the BCAA powder and glutamine powder being my top 2 choices. Both are already staples in my supplement stack, so adding in a new version of these products makes me VERY excited!

I absolutely love the motivational posts/videos/pictures that Kris has put out over the years. I remember several, several years ago where Kris had a daily training/nutritional/supplement video series that really inspired me to take control of my life. And his new supplement line looks great and I definitely think it would help me to further my gains. I love the products that have already been released and I'd love to try them out.

It would be awesome to get free Kaged Muscle anything! Jumped on his DTP a few months back and got good results. Been on his new mass trainer and loving that. His no bs killer approach is awesome. Reading up on his supplements he cares a lot about a quality product. Which is the biggest thing when it comes to supps. I don't want to dump money into a product that is a waste. Looking forward to his full line finally being available. I work hard in the gym and take my supplement timing seriously. Pick me and the supps will be put to good use! I have big goals for 2015 and this line could help me get there!

Here are all of my fitness goals for 2015
• Squat 315lbs in competition
• Overhead Press 135lbs strict in gym
• Pause Bench over 225lbs in competition
• Deadlift over 350lbs in competition
• Clean and Jerk 185lbs
• Complete a muscle up
• Complete a pistol squat
• Run, Swim, do not quit doing cardio for the sake of lifting

My most important goal is to Squat 315!

Squatting 315 would certainly help too boost my deadlift and have loads of carryover into my overall athleticism and performance!

How am I gonna do it you ask??

Well here's my program that I plan too run!

Monday: Squat/Bench focus, Clean&Jerk, Chin-ups, Face Pulls - Followed by HIIT and 1 mile run for time

Tuesday: Accessory lifts (i.e. ABS, arms, lateral head/rear delt, calves, bi's... just a quick hour pump sesh)

Wednesday: Deadlifts/Incline Barbell, DB Shoulder Press/Barbell Lunges, Row for upper back, Face Pulls - Followed by HIIT and 1 mile run for time

Thursday: Accessory lifts (i.e. ABS, arms, lateral head/rear delt, calves, bi's... just a quick hour pump sesh)

Friday: Front Squats/OHP, SLDL's/Close Grip Bench, Face Pulls - Followed by HIIT and 1 mile run for time

Saturday: 10*10 day - Squat/DB Incline Bench, Seated Bicep Curl/Tricep Rope extension, Lateral Raises/Sit-upsSunday: A much deserved off day!

My progression scheme for my Monday, Wednesday, Friday workouts is week 1: 5*7, week 2: 7*5, and week 3: 10*3 - then add 5-10 pounds and work through 3 weeks again. Deloading & then Testing maxes in a mock meet after 3 cycles.

How's my Nutrition looking for this??

I tediously track my macro's I am currently leaning out a little bit, I was up to roughly 180 for my meet mid-December, following that I cut my calories a bit... Over the next 6 weeks I plan too get somewhere between 165-170 then up until December lean bulk and put on Strength so that I am peaked and strong as ever come December 2015 in the 181 class!

This product line could be ultimately helpful to helping me achieve everything I have in my sights, here are a few of the products I would like that I think would be REALLY beneficial:
BCAA 2:1:1 Powder, Kaged Muscle Citrulline, Kaged Muscle L-Carnitine, and Hydra Charge!

Oh this is really awesome news! This is my second time doing one of Kris workouts. First time was back in 2011 or 2012 before I went to brazil on vacation I did FTP for 6 weeks. It totally kicked my ass but I never got so strong before till I did DTP. I got my leg press to 450+, bar curling 70lb, got my 1 arm db row at 90lbs for 10 reps. I was a veey happy camper at the end before i went on vacation. I was strong and sexy lol. I did DTP again the next year when I was in Brazil and introduced my cousins and theIr friends to DTP as well. They hated it that they loved it lol.

A month ago I started the new 12 week muscle program of his and I had to take a break after I started the first day of week 2. It was leg day and at the end I had to rush out the door to puke. I puked for a good 3 mins non stop and I got hit with this headache that was so bad, it didn't go away until last sunday.. I went to the clinic here at the base im stationed in after a week and they had me on profile and I couldnt lift or run for 2 weeks. The headaches are finally gone and im back in the gym and keeping up with the program even though I got a chubby and feeling super weak.

Since im deployed I have very little supplements on hand because the ones here are 3x the price. I have people at home forward supplements to me here even though it takes like 20 days to get here. Right now I have some ai agmatine, ronnie testogen, aen creatine rt, cissus from sd pharma and some San bcaa. Every once in a while a protein bar will pop up at the gym and ill eat it after my workout.

I would really like and appreciate if I was one of the people picked to get Kris line of supplements. The bcaa, citruline and glutamine would be a great help for recovery and pump. Kind wish he had a protein and joint with multis as well since he is so well versed in everything about the working out life so i could use as well here but the bcaa, citruline and glutamine would be great right now!

Gotta hop in on this promo, too good to pass up! Honestly I want to be picked because with tight finances I cant afford to splurge on supplements like I used to. With that being said, something like this would be a huge blessing and give me an extra edge to keep chipping away at my goals like ive been doing for the past 8 years. I have some big things coming up (including a 675lb squat and 325lb overhead press at some point soon) and would love to have as many weapons in my aresenal to help me!
