Forgot to mention I wont go hanging out until my workout is done, I train at 10:00 PM; shoulders tonight.

Still contemplating if I feel like having some Hennessy or not.

Friday nights are usually camping with my little boy.

I set a two-man tent in the family room and pretend we're camping. We usually watch a kids show in the tent until we zonk out. When it gets warm we will start camping in the yard.

hit the gym at 5 with trainer, chest today. Attend a community mtg with wife, have dinner and than watch TV..... than go to bed. Doesn't sound exciting but it works for us. Might even talk to son deployed in the middle east. 13 hours away, evening makes it morning for him.

I only wear shoes to work when I am dressed business casual or when i wear a suit and never white!

I do however wear new sneakers everytime I go out Not sure if I am going to buy me some white-ups or maybe just a nice pair of Jordans..

He will be spinning in a very tiny place here in Miami tonight, about the size of a living room, so I'll be by to see what that offers. Beyond that, the evening will involve a 27 oz dry-aged NY Strip and some Swedish and Norwegian pilsners.

I just got asked to play in a curling bonspiel this weekend so one game tonight followed by a buddies birthday party which starts at the strippers and will probably end at the local country bar for some two steppin.

in NY? I would think anywhere in in NYC would be jumping at any given night.

It's actually kinda better for me. We go to a day party at a bar on Sunday. Drink, eat, etc and we're home and in bed by around midnight. I actually prefer it over going out at night. This bouncing gig has really helped me save money and energy.

Oh, I forgot to mention, our gym is having an appreciation party for all our trainees and clients. I can't stay long because i have to leave for my other gig but it's always fun. Especially since a lot of the trainers don't drink often. One time we made the mistake of having one of our parties inside of the gym and a ****ing deadlift competition popped up as soon as people started getting drunk LOL.
