Came across this Shia Labeouf chop on imgur.
Segment of the original video he did with some college artsy kids if anyone hasn't seen it yet.
wot? Looks like steel toe shyt kickers and shorts. But ya he is a manlet.
What was the date on this bottle? Hanssens goozie and kriek are choice for the price. Was Dan a complete ******* or pretty nice when you went beer shopping at Stein's? I used to eat lunch there when I lived in New Orleans, and he was always yelling at tourists lol.Last edited by cyde; 06-12-2015 at 03:57 AM.

Bottled 1/14. I mainly talked to Jess but Dan checked me out. They said they get a lot of entitled Texans there looking whalez only and treat the staff like chit if they don't get a Loon. Jess was in the beer store and I struck up a conversation with him and I asked for a Loon after I already had about 8 beers picked out. He said they keep them.for the regulars and they go quickly and said that's cool and understood why. After we boxed up about $180 in beer they brought out the Loon Gueuze. Told them I greatly appreciated it and I left happy and they were cool because I made a haul and didn't expect anything special. We traded beer stories and chit as well while I was shopping.

Sounds about right. Whenever I'm back in town, I usually swing by for a pint and sandwich. I don't bother asking for the secret cellar because I know they're always hassled by out of towners who won't spend a dime unless it's for a lambic. Quality food and good people. Just don't ask for beer during the lunch rush lol.
Glad you made off with some green bottles, mane. Give that Loon goozie about 3-4 years before drinking. It is pretty groce when fresh and evolves with time. I opened a 2011 Gueuze recently that was fantastic. With 3+ years their regular gueuze tastes like Lou Pepe goozie. If you end up with more krieks, I find they taste better with some age to develop funk. Cherries hold up surprisingly well for years compared to most fruit.

Seems it's usually a one 4pack limit. That being two of each bottle released, as I'm sure you guys know. Said they didn't get a bottle count yet, hence no word on limit per person, but if it's the same as years prior then I'll be getting 2-4 4 packs. Lettuce hope the bottle count is a little higher this year..then again that'll hurt my bargaining power a bit :P
Edit: aware I'm the one that was late to the party, but just incase anyoone in this thread doesn't know about ddb yet (jammins favorite beer satirist next to fleshy)
