You serious? There's no long term problem here man. Average size is 5 inches (not misc size ofc), you can look up peer reviewed studies that indicate this. That means 50% of men are around the same size you are, so there's really no need to be embarassed about it. Look into PE techniques if you want to change this in the long term.
