Strongmans Targeted Keto diet to make 105kg - Currently 116kg

Right so i've decided i want to cut down from my current weight of 116kg to 105kg. I compete in strongman so don't want to lose any or much strength while i'm doing this!

Currently between 25-30% bodyfat, so i chose a keto diet based on it using fat as a fuel and being good at reducing bodyfat percentages from a previous experience.

I started a week ago and im still sitting at the same weight? Do you think it is something as easy as calorie intake? I am eating 3500 calories a day.

    Macro split for:

    Wednesday 31st December - Carbs 12% = 109g, Protein 31% = 291g, Fat 57% = 234g. Total Calories = 3759
    Thursday 1st January - Carbs 8% = 39g, Protein 45% = 204g, Fat 47% = 170g total calories = 2337
    Friday 2nd January - Carbs 8% = 66g, Protein 36% = 290, Fat 56% = 203. Total Calories = 3300
    Saturday 3rd January - Carbs 8% = 51g, Protein 27% = 180g, Fat 65% = 190(my fitness pal error?). Total Calories = 2798
    Sunday 4th January - Carbs 14% = 121g, Protein 42% = 365g, Fat 44% = 170. Total Calories = 3532
    Monday 5th January - Carbs 8% = 76g, Protein 30% = 299g, Fat 62% = 273g. Total Calories = 4010
    Tuesday 6th January - Carbs 20% = 180g, Protein 27% = 252g, Fat 53% = 215g. Total Calories = 3697 - Bad day yesterday!

    Today:

4 x Bacon slices (english bacon)
    4 x large eggs fried
1 x 250ml of sugar free fruit juice

    Breakdown so far: Carbs 13% = 31g, Protein 29% = 69g, Fat 56% = 61g. Total Calories = 960.

I can see some of the issue is my varied calories and macros day by day. I think the sugar free fruit juice needs to go also as its still got 30g of carbs in it.

Gonna go to 3000 calories a day and try to hit my macros!

Feel free to comment with any helpful information.

    Thanks

    John
