Made a vid of my progress. Not perfect by any means, but this is what I got from 3.5 years of trial and error with some periods of inconsistency. We're all gonna make it.

I've messed around with most programs out there. As a beginner, frequency has to come out on top. Beginners need less rest and the increased frequency + heavy lifting helps the body get used to what it's doing, plus programs like ICF and SS help to focus on the main lifts which are often difficult to perform correctly. I'd go with ICF if I was you! Except that only includes rows. Pullups are pretty important so it might be a good idea to alternate rows and pullups, negatives for pullups, or weighted pullups.
Truly countless ways! It's incredible what confidence can do. Social life is the obvious thing, but when you feel confident you put yourself out there more. This summer I travelled alone to America (live in UK) and went on a 10,000 mile road trip around the states with 3 people I met online. I'd never have done that before! Considering making a video about it.Starting weight: 112lb
Current weight: 150lb
Target weight: 175lb
