Basically looking for something that has ingredients in doses that actually do something.
hoping for:
5g creatine
3.2 beta alanine
7g of branch chain amino acids (minimum 2.5g leucine)
highly branched cyclic dextrin
meaningful dose of citruline malate
been mixing it together myself but there are a lot of tubs haha
Thanks!

There's one product on the market that is only missing the creatine.
OP, you come out ahead by like ~$10 and 10 more servings picking up Intra-MD (should be back in stock soon) and bulk creatine and beta alanine relative to the product on the market (not sold here) that I mentioned above.Completed Logs & Reviews:

Not a fan of the 300mg caffeine, thanks though.
Yeah, wish I could! I've been doing it myself. Makes for a powdery kitchen.
I've got a system.
Thanks! I'm tempted at the intra MD but at $60 I can't justify it. I have a ton of various BCAA containers at my home (10 total?). The citrulline is 2g, but I thought 6-8g is optimal (and dreadfully sour lol). It's also the most expensive component. My path to contest prep:

creatine and beta alanine can be taken any time and rely on saturation, so there's no acute benefit of taking it peri workout like you do. Beta alanine seems to saturate better when taken in smaller doses with food too, so keep that in mind. Id also invest in plain L-citrulline over citrulline malate, you need half the amount and it doesn't taste like ****. So really take your pic of any good amino and add in some L citrulline and you're set.

The most expensive component would be HBCD.
Intra-MD is actually $45 on bb.com, currently there's a 15% discount promo on our entire line. If you has a bb.com discount code, that gives you another 10%.
Intra-MD I would typically recommend one serving pre 1 serving intra. For short workouts, 1 serving pre should be sufficient. That's a good amount of carbs and tbh, that alone will fill you out quick. The idea there is that for hard trainers, they would typically use ~2 servings total and probably stacked with a preworkout that likely also has citrulline malate (like our Max-HP coming out likely this month), so that gets your total of citrulline malate up to around ~6 grams.Completed Logs & Reviews:

thanks I'll check it out
looks like the creatine and BA are underdosed
yeah makes sense. Was kinda hoping for an "all-in-one" but understand why that doesn't exist.
thanks.
thanks. I am not a fan of the purple wraath flavor.
Really appreciate this response.
intra carbs help me quite a bit
Thanks, appreciate it. Any idea where one might get the additional 10%?My path to contest prep:
