Day 23 - Tues 1/27/15
Expected rest day - was hoping to make it to boxing, but had a meeting that I HAD to attend. It's all good though, my legs appreciated the extra rest
Day 24 - Wed 1/28/15
Pre - 1 scoop Beta-Cret 2.0
Intra - 1/2 Neon Kinetic + 20oz H2O
Post - Protein Shake
Daily Burn- Black Fire - Day 7 - ABC 1
5 rounds - 4 exercises - 20 secs each exercise - 10 sec rest between rounds
X-Squat - 10
Surfer Get-Up - 4
Fence Jump - 9
Total - 23
Not included in total -
Diamond Push-Ups (on knees) - 9
Same as before, since the push-ups were on knees I didn't count them towards the totals. That being said most of my numbers went up this round which is great. I always feel like this workout is too short (15-20 mins max), but then I have to remind myself that it still kicks my ass and that any workout is better than sitting at my desk and not doing anything.
Things seem to be going well. No go on the house, so we're still apt hunting. Work is still crazy! *sigh* It's all good though, it happens.Current Log:

Day 25 - Thurs 1/29/15
Meetings meetings meetings, plus staying 1.5 hrs later than usual for more meetings - yay for 14 hr days (including commute) NOT!! I'm getting tired of staying late, but thankfully after next week we won't be short staffed on managers anymore.
Ended up having to take the other half to Urgent Care as soon as I got home. Turned out to be bursitis (?) in the knee. Nothing life threatening, but definitely an inconvenience.
Day 26 - Fri 1/30/15
Day 27 - Sat 1/31/15
As per usual, life has just been busy. However, this was the first weekend I didn't have anything planned so I took full advantage of the free time and rested. "Caught up" on sleep and prepped some things for the week. It was pretty nice. I probably should have at least gone on a walk at some point, but honestly I was just feeling lazy.
Day 28 - Sun 2/1/15
Pre - 1 scoop Beta-Cret 2.0
Intra - 1/2 Neon Kinetic + 1/2 scoop Gluta-Blast + 20oz H2O
Post - Fooodz
Daily Burn- Black Fire - Day 8 - Power 10
4 Rounds - 10 exercises - 30 secs each exercise
Round =
DB Squat Thrusters 15lb - x10 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
Box Mountain Climbers - x30 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
Box Jump w/ Squat - x10 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
Jumping Jacks - x30 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
Split Lunge - x10 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
Air Jump Rope - x30 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
Renegade Row - x10 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
DB Jumpover - x30 reps - 1, 1, 1, 1
Deep Squat Hold - 30 secs - 1, 1, 1, 1
Elbow Plank - 30 secs - 1, 1, 1, 1
Ideal Score - 40 pts (complete each exercise fully during each round - 1pt per exercise completed)
Actual Score - 40 pts - YES! Completed the whole thing, without skipping any rounds this time. What a killer! Barely any time to catch your breath. My legs were a little wobbly when I was finished. This was the workout that killed my hip last time, but I made sure to stretch before hand and after - so let's hope that helps.
Glad that I have my Beta 2.0 - great stuff. Plenty of good energyCurrent Log:

Total: 46 (up 4 from last attempt)

Day 30 - Tues 2/3
Anticipated, but unexpected rest day. Just too busy!
Day 31 - Wed 2/4
Pre - 1 scoop Beta-Cret 2.0 + 1/2 Gluta-Blast
Intra - 1/2 scoop Neon Kinetic + 20oz H2O
Post - Fooodz
Daily Burn- Black Fire - Day 10 - Strategic Endurance (3rd attempt)
3 rounds - 3 exercises - 2 mins each exercise - no rest
Up & Over Burpee - 17, 16, 15
Dips - 55, 55, 60
Sit-ups - 30, 30, 30
Total Score - 308 (up 45 pts from 263 last time)
So yeah this totally killed me. I definitely pushed myself harder than I have in a while because I wanted to beat my own score. Kinda funny how that happens. I'm not competing against anyone but myself. Left that workout, drenched in sweat and a little light headed. But.... I crushed my last attempts score, so I'm happy.Current Log:

Day 32 - Thurs 2/5
Totally forgot I had a training to give today - haha! So no gym, but that's alright. My body feels overly fatigued today, probably too many days of not enough sleep. But it's my weekend in a few hours, so that will be fixed.
Probably going to do some cleaning and packing this weekend. Get started early so when moving day finally does come there's not as much stuff to do. But we'll see.Current Log:

Ahh yeah I need to update .. haha!
Day 33 - Fri 2/6
Day 34 - Sat 2/7
Laziest weekend ever, but I'm a'ok with that for once. Weekends have been super busy with apt hunting, family visiting, etc etc. Plus there was SOOO much rain here.
Day 35 - Sun 2/8
Day 36 - Mon 2/9
The work week has started out hectic, which I suppose I should be used to by now. Too many last minute meetings and training! Haven't been to the gym since Wed honestly. I did make sure to get out during lunch and take a walk both days, but haven't had the hrs to get into the gym again. I'm ready for all this hiring and stuff to be over! I need my free time back! Well that and making sure I get enough sleep.
I'm apologizing now, since this log hasn't been one of my best ones. Annoys me a little bit, as I'm usually very methodical when logging. Life just had other plans this go-round I guess.
Day 37 - Tues 2/10
Plan for today is boxing, but that's contingent on my training getting out on time. So we'll see. If not I'll hopefully be able to grab a few minutes in the gym.Current Log:

So last week was a complete wash, I mean a complete 0 unfortunately. I managed to get a walk in every day at least, but no time for any regular sort of weights. Plus I had to work 6 days, so that sucked. This week will be much better though, we finally hired another supervisor so my work load should decrease significantly, and I'm going to need some excuse to take a break from all these performance reviews *sigh* I haven't seen things this crazy busy in a loooooong time! But I'm back, and I will be doing better starting tomorrow.
Not yet, still looking, but there's no dire hurry - other than my commute would be at least 1/2 what it is now!!!
Swoooosh, welcome!Current Log:

Sorry about that everyone. Things have been .... hectic around here lately. I just realized I had totally neglected to come back to the forums.
Work has just been insane, but after next week it should calm down, we finally got some more staff in *fingers crossed they work out* and annual reviews are done! Once that is all over, all will be well again!
Sorry for the disappearance, I promise I will be back and I will have a final review. Just need a few more days!
Life just threw some lemons, and instead of making lemonade I threw them back LOLCurrent Log:

Quick update. I know I promised a review and I will get to that either today or tomorrow.
We finally found a house to rent, so these last couple weeks have been packed with moving (it's only 10 mins from my work or a 5.5 mi bike ride - YAY), plus we've got contractors at the house redoing the garage, what a process!
All is well, I'm doing good.Current Log:
