Looks solid!

It is! And damn tasty too. I did a log on it a few months ago.

Today's workout was one of the best I've had in a while. It was a chest/abs day, and my pump was incrediblol. Strength was good, push was great, and while I achieved no new PBs, I felt REALLY good during all of it. So yay! My chest is finally coming up.

I have half a serving left.

My weight is up to 180 once again. I think I've gained nearly ten pounds in the past month. Lots of food, so there's probably some fat in there, but for the most part, I've been hovering around 15%. There are little fluctuations, but as long as I stay around that number, I should be okay.

I have to write a review for the store. And I've stopped making the videos. I know that they were not watched - one of them had only one view, and it was mine to make sure it all worked together smoothly. So I'm not doing that extra work for nothing.

This has been fun. I am glad I got to do it. Guys, let me know if you want me to log again. I am happy to do it.
