Iv tried everything .... talk to other girls ... hang out with friends, even resorted to drinking which is against what I believe in because i was running out of ideas. Nothing helps. Hanging out with my friends helps a little but I cant always be with friends 24/7. Sleeping has been the hardest.... for some reason I get scared to go to sleep now its pathetic. Takes me like 3-4 solid hours until im finally asleep. At this point I wish I didnt exist lol no pity party but this feelings is overwhelming

As long as the reason you're doing any of those is because you want too not cos it'll help you get over her then you'll be all goods. Keep yourself occupied brah.

Most brahs have been there. At this point in time, erase every bit of evidence she was ever in your life. If you need to, put photos of her, gifts she gave you etc. in a box or on a thumb drive and leave it at another family member's house until you're ready to have them back in the future.

Get a new goal, not a goal like get more aesthetic or whatever, but a real material goal that will change your life. That goal may be saving up to travel overseas or do some training, further your education.

For me, motorbikes were the answer. I joined a local club (not bikies, just everyday people who get together and ride) and started making new friends and going overseas on riding holidays.

damn mate...i believe the easiest way is to chop it down to logic though, and to realize she isnt the last girl you'll have or anything like that, you need to realize that you were once happy before you met her m8, so what could dis sloot have possibly done to not make you wanna be happy ever again? Yeah I try went to the club last night and the casino... saw some hnggg girls but my self esteem is fked up right now I need to build it back up. Yeah I need to find something to do. Im gonna start my diet feb 1st so thats a little exciting but I cant think of anything fun to do really . Especially since I work 40-45 hours a week

Not 1st girlfriend but she has all the qualities I looked for in a girl. Religious/ No social media/ homebody/ non drinker on top of the fact we were both really attracted to each other. Before I met her I wasnt that happy ... I mean I wasnt depressed but I never woke up and looked forward to the day. When I fell in love with her Id wake up happy as fk everyday ... sounds kinda gay I know .. and when you lose that thing its the worst. What makes it even worst is I did nothing wrong and she hasnt said anything to me like its over or she lost feelings or w/e .... she just told me shes spending time with her kids right now ..
