Nice. It's a pretty versatile tool; full squats, GMs, box squats, etc. The bar is 62lbs though, not 45. Or did you weigh it yourself?

I also agree that on paper, the bar should mimick an anterior loaded movement like front squats but I get wayyyy more hamstring and glute recruitment squatting with this bar than I do with front squats.

Is that all one workout- Safety squats, reverse hyper, GHRs, deadlifts... holy volume... Gd bless ya, I couldn't handle thay amount of CNS fun.

Also, which lever belt is that?

I measured the angle and handle length on my old Crepinsek SSB. BTW, EliteFTS SSB looks identical to the Crepinsek.

I enjoy your vids, keep em up!

Was wondering about something, on your deadlifts it seems you have some sort of collar on your sleeves before you have your weights. Am I seeing that correctly? If so, what purpose does that serve?

I placed some collars on the inside to try to displace the weight to see if I could get more whip/flex out of the bar ala okie or texas deadlift bar.

also placed the heavier weights (55s) near the outside

Probably not, Elite stocks some small stuff and then places your order thru Williams Strength (who manufactures their big ticket items). I bet you will get your beanie pretty quick, and then you will get the bar within their 3-10 day shipping timeframe.

I actually got it after, like month or so when they were doing a save 10 for 100, save 20 on 200 and so on

the price has stayed the same since late Nov, I think they sent an email saying they made more than they needed

who knows how long this price will stay so low

Holy crap guys I can't believe we never even mentioned this use for this bar, shrugs!!!!!!

I tried it last night just for the hell of it and it was beyond good for these reasons.
    1. Knurling never affects my hands on anything except shrugs, when doing heavy shrugs for some reason my hands get ripped to shreds on a barbell but here it's obviously smooth so a lil chalk and ur good to go w 315 for reps of 20!
    2. The camber makes it so the bar isn't constantly trying to roll out of your hand. While this makes the move easier which might upset some, it makes the isolation of the traps much more prevalent.....if you want to do grip so bad, then simply do grip work afterwards....
    3. The padding!!!! It's so comfortable it glides over your legs and or balls so as to not constantly pull your shorts up on every rep

Is it me or is the reverse hyper pretty useless? I have the same one you have and haven't really seen any carryover to football or athleticism in general. Lol I also have the same exact SS Yoke bar from elitefts, pretty useful imo. I've seen people in videos do safety squats without holding the handles...so i tried it and..the weight plummeted off my back and crashed on the safety pins. Maybe you can't do this with this bar.
