Almost all the bodybuilders at my gym lift like panzies. I always notice women with disgusted looks on their faces watching some puffed up bro squatting 225. Then when I throw 600 on the bar everybody stops and stares and panties immediately get soaked.
There's even a legit IFBB pro that I see fairly often and his workouts are especially pathetic. I would have never even guessed he was a pro if I hadn't recognized his name. Bodybuilding is 100% illusion, he looks so much smaller in person than on stage. Such a scam. I've also never seen a single woman approach him, yet he's supposed to be at the pinnacle of aesthetics.
I have people constantly approaching me amazed with my feats of strength. It's almost annoying going to the gym and having women constantly interrupt my workouts because they want to tell me how much my strength turns them on.
There are so many top level powerlifters with hot wives/girlfriends, and then we have thousands of guys on the misc with ripped bodies that are FA and don't talk to women aside from their mothers.
If you're not a powerlifter you should just give up. Seriously. You're never going to make it bro.

Let's be real here, I'm gonna put aesthetics vs. powerlifter to bed once and for all
Going the aesthetics route is better because you always have the option for "noob gains".
I've never been about putting on mass, getting big, etc.
So it was nice to say for the past about 6 months "I think I wanna put on some size" and was able to add about 5 lbs. muscle.
You don't have that option if you're all about getting big and there's no such thing as noob cardio gains, at least not visual ones- you either get lean or not.
But bros going for aesthetics always have the option to easily add a little muscle.
The end.

I agree strength and athletic performance increases are wonderful especially if you play a sport (I like to play Judo) for instance and you can feel your body feel more cohesive and powerful.
But that also doesn't mean I don't occasionally like to bang out some GVT or 20 rep squats etc or other bodybuilding type workouts.
I'd never do an arm workout for example but I still enjoy using some bodybuilding protocols on compound lifts.
Even if I am increasing my 10 rep max its still progressive overload and I am getting stronger from it (even if 10 reps does fall under the hypertrophy banner)

Train like a Powerlifter, Eat like a bodybuilder.
= Win
If you lift for women, you're a moron.. Because these days women don't even like guys who lift, so if you're gonna do it, you might as well do it for your own personal satisfaction, and for my personally.. I want to be as strong as fkn bear... but I'm not gonna go bear mode."The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else's highlight reel."

I bodybuild for women, plain and simple. If you want to be banging 10/10s you need to be one yourself.
Powerlifting doesn't help with that at all. No woman gives a **** how much I deadlift.
But hey if you want to impress guys with your squats then do you kid but don't hate on aesthetic guys because we're the ones who will be banging your wife while your clocking up pb's on the bench.
