Hello friend.
I lost my 10 kg weight in last 2 months by doing regular exercise.

I think I missed a day this week but I kept track mentally as well.

Ate ~350 Calories today. That made ~15000 Calories for the week, which should have netted one pound lost. Next week I will start HIIT twice a week, but everything is going well.

Been fairly sick and went over last week by around a pound's worth probably. So definitely a set back but I also had my lowest weigh in at 197, so that's about 15 pounds down this year so far. Looking to hit 190 in early August.

Ate ~16000 Calories last week, more than I wanted. But I looked my leanest and felt really strong so things are going well. Commencing PSMF with a break this Saturday. Still aiming for 192 on August 8.
