Oh boy...I'll be honest, I don't buy this whole Pop Tart crap, its a ****in pastry, gains from a pastry

if that's the case I'll just to my local Italian pastry shop and eat some good **** for gains...

On a srs note, I find I get better workout in when fasted, I take in my carbs intra (currently using Glycofuse and Juiced Aminos combo) and I am good start to finish.

I've been using Intra-MD at two scoops intra-workout on bigger days (Saturday and Sunday) and I am still undecided if I am realizing improved recovery or if I'm placebo'ing myself.

I got one post into a log, then said screw it...eh, maybe I'll fire it back up again. The stuff tastes different and, for the ingredients, it's at a really fair price point.

I actually agree on the lack of pumps when training fasted. Because of this, its hard to judge how effective certain supplements are in the pumps department. But I personally simply do not care enough about pumps to deter me away from training fasted.
