My wife eats pretty much just lamb, we almost never eat beef and when we do it's just me. I have used lamb in pretty much every dish their are lot of variables on how it tastes/smells when your talking cooking with lamb vs just eating lamb.Originally Posted by djwolford

Duck breast is probably my favorite cut of poultry as well.
