I have a tie, probably the two most complete bodybuilders ever.Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lee Haney. The reason(s) why are because as I stated, they are the two most complete that I can think of.A close second would be Ronnie Coleman, just a friggin mountain right there. But for the best of all time you would have to take parts from a few different bodybuilders.Arnolds chest,Ronnies back,Tom Platz legs,Bertil Fox Arms,Ferrignos traps,Cutlers delts,Lee Priest abs.

Hmm I have a few guys that are at the top of my favorites like Levrone, Antoine Vallaint, and Evan Centopani but I will have to go with the guy that stands for more than just a BBer.... Kai Greene. I know he is a mainstream guy now but I chose him for not only his physique (Back is great) but also for his mind and words that he speaks. Kai has a calming side to him but also knows when the fire needs to get turned up and he takes care of business. Kai is also a deep individual that has overcome some tough times in his life. Many know the story of him being in and out of foster cares most of his young life and not having much of anything to call his own. Yes that is a tough way to start a life but the way that he conducts himself on and off the stage are what I admire most. His love for his fans as well show that he doesn't only care about himself when it comes to a mainly selfish/individualized sport. He speaks with much intelligence and genuine passion for what he does. His mind, body, and passion are what make him my favorite bodybuilder.
.Be Legendary.

RaginAzN and folks at Controlled Labs...will have pics later but got the package! Had the same warning as others lol, lucky I had seen it before on here and thought nothing of it. Anyways, on my last couple of days of my current Multi and was about to pop open my first bottle of Orange traid...and Boom got powdered Orange Triad + Greens! Have to say after comparing to the greens I currently have, this is a nice 2 in 1 bonus. Wife is also stoked as she would like nothing better than to never take multi caps again so she is looking forward to trying this too Again thanks so much!

ive got to go with Frank Zane....his iconic pictures inspired me in my youth and his current images continue to motivate me today. (as you can see by the last photo) i just prefer the look of of the bodybuilders of the 70s and 80s. clean, classic lines that are timeless in their appeal....Frank Zane epitomizes the era known as the Golden Age of Bodybuilding.
i think what makes Mr. Zane and his contemporaries so appealing to me is that their physiques maintain some degree of accessibility to the average Joe. not that the vast majority of us ever have, or will, come close to approaching the exquisite symmetry Zane achieved during his long and distinguished career. to me, this is as close to perfection as you can get...
dont get me wrong, i have nothing against todays bodybuilders and their massive physiques, they are totally impressive in their own right. i just cannot relate to those physiques on a personal level and to consider them even remotely attainable 'naturally' is laughable.
great promo....thanks for letting me share my thoughts and opinions. good luck to all.

Arnold
He really dedicated himself and did everything to not be like anyone else. Average wasn't good enough!
I loved many of his movies as a kid, last action hero, commando, true lies, jingle all the way.[Current Log] - Muscletech -- Phoshamuscle -- 8 weeks - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166646471

I would have to go with Franco Columbu, Arnold's longtime training partner and much overlooked competitor. He broke the mold on a lot of diet and exercise practices of the time and despite being only 5'4'' took Mr. Olympia from Arnold in 76. There are so many greats its hard to choose.

"Begin with the end in mind" is to begin today with the image, picture, or paradigm of the end of your life as your frame of reference or the criterion by which everything else is examined. Each part of your life-- today's behavior, tomorrow's behavior, next weeks' behavior, next month's behavior--can be examined in the context of the whole, of what really matters most to you. By keeping that end clearly in mind, you can make certain that whatever you do on any particular day does not violate the criteria you have defined as supremely important, and that each day of your life contributes in a meaningful way to the vision you have of your life as a whole..
