The Cheat Day to end all Cheat Days! (15,000 Calories)(Video)

    “The "15,000 Calorie Challenge"

    The Video

    The Location:
    San Diego, CA

    The Challenge:

Eat as much food as I can!

NO liquid Calories. Whole Food(s) only.

    The prize:

    Eternal Glory!

    Final Thoughts:

    Well! I DID IT!
    15,000 calories.
    No Liquid Calories. All Food.

Honestly, I’m glad I did this “cheat day” challenge first.. as opposed to doing the 10,000 calorie “completely clean” challenge (essentially consuming 10,000 calories with completely “clean food”). This one was actually pretty great, I think the only downside to this one was how much everything cost! (Although I did have a gift card to Coldstone and Sonic which was definitely good).

The challenge itself wasn’t necessarily “difficult”, I definitely knew that the guys on YouTube complaining about feeling deathly full after their infamous “10k challenges” were just complaining, lmao. I wanted to simply see how much food I could put down in a single DAY (well.. to be honest it was basically half a day, as I started eating at around 11:45 a.m and finished a bit after midnight). I definitely surprised the hell out of myself and found myself just over 15,000 calories for the entire day.

The other downside to the challenge was proper planning and the fact that I feel like I could’ve gotten better filming angles/pictures. Unfortunately, we had company over during the day and I didn’t want to be filming myself eating a bunch of food at our table. At the same time, I wasn’t going to be taking my camera into Costco and out with us. (Hence the reason why a lot of angles are shot from my iPhone).

Overall I’m pretty happy with the result and how good I did! (Other than a HUGE stomach, a ton of bloating, and some nausea)

NEXT ONE WILL BE EVEN MORE EPIC **STAY TUNED**!

GJDM, the only way I could get to 15k was through mini chocolate bars... Dunno how you did it with the food you ate, essentially a lot of it was "whole" foods...

For comparison's sake Joey Chestnut did 23k calories in 10 minutes in last year's hot dog contest. But then again he's the best in the world. That would be like comparing Jonnie Candito to Jeremy Hamilton.

If you do this again you should just go to one buffet and see how many calories you can get in before they kick you out. Test the 'all you can eat' motto most use.
