Amazing work!!! Repped!
Unfortunately life and various problems that have arisen have got in the way of my ability to be able to lift frequently and consistently, however I have been able to combat this somewhat by saying fuk it and focussing on my diet. So whilst I may not have made incredible muscular gains, I both look and feel MUCH better. Very happy right now.No sig crew

Wow man that is quite the transformation. When I first saw the pics I was in disbelief but thats just awesome. Please post your split and diet or PM me it as I am interested in following your ways. I have been working hard and have nothing close to that kind of transformation.ProgressUpdate.jpg

I sent you a FR on bodyspace. If you want to follow me, please do. I upload every workout I do on Bodyspace. Right now I'm several weeks into Arnold S.'s Blueprint to Cut. I have a goal in mind to lose 2lbs/wk over the next 6 weeks getting down to 225lbs. My diet is very simple. I aim for protein first at 250-300gms/day and let the other two fall as they may. Haven't eaten any trans fats or refined sugars since I started this. Just food that comes from the earth but I'm not afraid of fats at all. I eat a pretty high fat diet, actually. Here's last 3 days diet:
Thats should give you an example of what I'm eating right now.
In my workouts, I take very little rest periods. 30 seconds to maybe 1 minute between sets and I superset most everything. I take about 2 minutes between exercises. The intensity is high. Sweat all over the place. Headphones blasting. I don't let myself leave if I'm not drained. I will continue to add exercises or sets. For instance, I'm doing 100 reps on squats with 275lbs and adding a couple sets after the 100 reps are done of 315lbs for as many reps as I can get. I did 136 reps of squats day before yesterday.
I dedicate 2 hours of each day to fitness, not including cooking or studying. Add those in and I'm probably at 4 hours a day. Lots of research on Youtube and on here but I try things and see if they are working for me.
At the end of the day, it's about intensity and duration. Weight (amount lifted) means very little. My time under tension will compete with anyone. I do every rep of every set slow and methodical. Stretch the muscle, position the bones for maximum contraction and extension, feel every rep like it's my last one. I could care less how much weight I lift. I have absolutely no desire to be a powerlifter.
Good to meet you. Hope this helps.
