Guys please please PLEASE don't get led in the by the reported benefits. You will only be disappointed if you end up not receiving them. There's so much more to this than stop fapping>receive all the gainz. Why is it different? Why do you want to quit? What do you really want from your sex life? These are questions you really need to think about when it comes to this, instead of making a simple statement on a message board with an "IN" for good measure.

Really there are a ton of benefits, you just feel better about yourself, I feel more confidence, more focus, much better work-out and it seems to affect everything around me. No it is not a competition other than with yourself. Try it for a couple of days and see how you personally feel.

Edit what Whirlwind is trying to say is what he says at the end. What he is saying is to stop and ask yourself the following questions and if those are things you want in your life and you think that stopping fapping will help you then yes do it.

i came off EC for the holidays, partially because I wanted to drink and partially because my dink was not working at all. now all is good after a while of not taking it but i was only on 50mg E / 400 mg C only over 2 doses... some go up to 75/600 mg i feel like my dink would literally fall off at that point

idk if i'll go back on it... appetite suppression was real but so was the ED
