I'm nauseous and can't eat!
It's 4pm and the only thing I was able to wash down was the oatmeal two hours ago.. I can't stand up without getting the urge to vomit, let alone eat.. what do I do? :/

yes, I'll rest, but as for eating, what can I eat? I feel better now, but as far as eating goes, I just can't.

It sounds like you might be better off avoiding food right now, but remember to stay hydrated (drink lots of water), and call for medical help if you feel it is necessary.

For some odd reason whenever I'm nauseous or recovering I really enjoy fettucini noodles with coffee cream and Parmesan cheese. Or dry toast and chocolate milk.

I have had a stomach "bug" the last few days.
I actually missed my bros wedding reception Saturday as it began then and I like his wife, kinda.
Each day I've been progressively eating more and more but the first day was toast, tea, water.
Here in NYC I know quite a few with this.
