Been lifting for 4 long years now. Its been a long road and i feel the gains coming ever more slowly. I seriously doubt I will ever get much stronger or much bigger from this point on unless i want to gain serious fat.
This is the reality of natural lifting with average / below average genetics.

any pics to prove your claims?
I've been doing push/pull/legs for a while now, started off with SS and madcow back in the day.
diet i shoot for around 3500 cals, try to get 200g protein. I have gained a pretty good understanding of what I need to eat to maintain/ make slow gains
yea things can always be worse

"if my diet was on point" you mean i would be bigger? leaner?
my goal is not possible for me to attain, I have realized my genetics will never allow it. My goal has always been basically just to be a bigger version of myself, more muscly, dont care much about low bf%. I simply cannot gain that much muscle. I have to become content with what is realistic.
how so?
and how is that? Because im not shredded benching 315 for reps? please enlighten me.
yep my genetics suck!

Well honestly if you don't put in the work you can't expect to look good even after 10 years of lifting.
