Summary:Feeling pretty good today! Recovery was good from Monday, Had no DOMs. Ended up at the gym later than I was expecting but it ended up working out, gym was mostly empty by the time that I got there. Workout felt pretty easy today, probably could have increased the weight a little. Finished the day by more shoveling more this evening, as well as resistance walking trying to get to a dryer vent in the snow haha. Summary:This was from yesterday. This was the first time doing legs in what feels like a long ass time. Felt pretty good, even if it was only leg press and hack squat machine. Muscles felt a little tight at the beginning of the session. Did some extra stretching for about 10 minutes after a couple warmup sets. Recovery has been great. Shoulders had a good pump, which I haven't had in quite a while. Summary:This was from yesterday! Took a little bit longer than was planning on, gym was actually a little busy….and by that 2 other people that I had to work around . Felt pretty good from doing it, upped the numbers slightly on a couple exercises. Recovery last week was great. Had some cardio in during the weekend with more shoveling and moving boxes. Summary:Yesterdays workout was well needed after work haha Gave me a lot more motivation to hit the weights. besides the fact that who doesn't like bis and tris day Felt great afterwards, managed to get a decent pump. Happy with the PR on Rope Pulldowns. Recovery from monday was good. I did end up doing some steady state cardio on the treadmill Tuesday. Nothing fancy just a 20mins at 5.5mph. Haven't had soreness in a long time and weight felt a little light. Did some small bits of cardio on elliptical for 20mins each session but also 30 mins of shoveling yesterday Past 37 days have been a blast, minus the set back!

Summary:Had a great session yesterday! Had a pretty good pump by the end of the workout! Recovery last week was spot on! Weights felt like they went up with decent ease. Strength I would say has stayed consistent if not increased slightly. I've dropped about 2lbs but not decreased in strength that I've noticed. Summary:Wednesday's workout! Gym was pretty good on Wednesday, Had another early morning session and ended up with the gym to myself. This felt like a really short workout but had a decent pump. Work has been hectic this week so this was well needed to clear my head. I've been taking the clear muscle about 20-30 mins before workout, started getting up an extra 10 mins earlier. Second dose with lunch then third with supper. Its slightly later than I wanted to but easier to remember when working late. An empty gym means you can make all the loud noises for grunting you want!!!! The power once went out at my gym while I was leg pressing. So I was screaming every rep. And I managed to do 2 more than normal. Grunting helps, but is frowned upon unless its your last 1-2 reps or your 1 rep max.

Maxed out the leg press, which isn't saying much so adding more volume. Was worried about DOMs this weekend because didn't take the time to adequately stretch but didn't have any problems. Went back to Seated presses to get a good pump and stretch in shoulders. Got in some extra cardio this weekend, more snow so more shoveling haha. Summary:Hit the gym about mid day yesterday and lucky enough to have the gym to myself again! Bad day at work, which I was a little surprised that this wasn't as bad as I was expected. The best part of my day was getting my third month of the Clear Muscle in the mail! So happy to see that sitting at my door. Recovery was good today, even with extra cardio. Got home for work and went for a run with varying speeds but did some sprints at 9.5mph for 30-45seconds. 30lb x 10mWeekend flew by! This was from Friday and felt pretty good! Started with 10 mins of warmups and then about 10-15mins of stretching. Muscles were a little tight on saturday but wasn't too bad. Strength was good and DOMs were nonexistent. I've dropped about 7- 10lb since the start of this and strength has been maintained. Definitely would recommend this product! I did various forms of cardio from moving boxes from attic down two floors and then shoveling for a half hour or so! Summary:Monday's workout was pretty good considering. Went better than expected for going after work. slightly pissed off leaving work so hitting the gym helped haha. Summary:So work put me a little behind yesterday, got out about 9 X_X. Here is the workout from Wednesday. I ended up moving a couple of the supersets around because of others at the gym. Still worked out well. Increased the weight on the skull crushers which I felt was decent. Last time it was about 75 started getting elbow pain but felt good doing it that day. Recovery from Monday was good and felt great yesterday from this workout! Did some cardio with HIIT on the treadmill yesterday morning for about 15 minutes then 10 mins stretching.
