Awsome job on the new PRs man. Have a great weekend!
It works well with both really. I don't really cut and bulk like most people though. When Clear Muscle first came out, I almost broke my thumb about 6 weeks in and stopped using it. I started taking it again about a week or so before I posted this promo. I don't really have too much more experience with it than this current group of loggers. I know emergency has been on CM since day 1. Going over 3 grams total really doesn't make a difference from what I have read from feedback as well.

Felt better towards the end of the session and managed a PR on Pulldowns. Had some extra energy at the end and threw in some Pull-ups and went to failure. Overall, Pretty happy with this session didn't regress at all. Got in cardio over the weekend in the form of yard work i.e. shoveling and moving boxes/furniture. 75lb x 10
80lb x 8

Summary:Added in a couple of sets with a few more reps to get the extra pump. Ended up going closer to failure at the end of each exercise and uses a little extra time to recover between exercises about 90 seconds, Most of which was setting up the next exercise. Long week and its only Wednesday haha. Had a hard time dragging my self to the gym this morning so went with Motivational video instead. Starting to see the clear muscle start ticking down in the container, kinda sad. I want to apologize for the lack of updates in the past 4-5 days; Found out my department is being closed, so job hunt begins and had a lot going on. It is amazing to say that I haven't had any DOMS in a while.Last edited by AJohnson25; 03-11-2015 at 06:40 AM.

Strength felt great friday, no issues with any of the weights. Got in some shoveling yesterday so counting that as my cardio. Also did some cardio on Friday evening when I got home from work. About 20 minutes on the elliptical alternating between 5 resistance and 12 resistance. Would do 12 resistance for about 45 seconds and then bring it down while maintaining speed of 7-8.5mph. Summary:I really liked the pull-ups as a finisher last week, so I think I'll keep them in the workout. I matched my previous PR on Bench press which I am pretty happy about. Pretty happy with the workout, Weight again felt decently easy minus the final set on bench. Struggle slightly with 240lb but not bad considering how long its been since I hit that weight. No real soreness on Tuesday. Felt great this morning going into todays workout. I didn't do any cardio yesterday, was going to try to after work but work ran late.If a man achieves victory over this body, who in the world can exercise power over him? Summary:Monday's session! Hit the gym a little later than I was hoping for but worked in my favor. Was felt great that morning, ate a couple hours before the gym and took CM about 20 mins or so before hitting the gym. I had been plateaued at 240 for a long azz time, So pumped to have finally broken it…even if only a 5lb gain. Rest of the workout went well. I moved around a couple of the exercises to focus on bench. Struggled a little on the PR and probably wasn't the prettiest rep. No DOMS yesterday and feel great this morning! Summary:I decided to switch up the workout on the last day because who really wants to finish a log on Bis and Tris day Went with Legs to push myself a little one last time. Legs felt great. The weights felt pretty good, wasn't feeling too heavy or light. I'm pretty damn happy about the deadlifts as I haven't done them in a month or two. Went up with relative easy considering I did them last. Had absolutely no DOMS afterwards either. Muscles did feel a little tight the next day but not actually sore. This has been a great product to log for Muscletech. I'll have my final review up by tomorrow!
On a side note, Started to put together my home gym. Need more weights though before the final switch over.

Review of Clear Muscle after 3 Bottles
For more information regarding Clear muscle: http://www.muscletech.com/products/p.../clear-muscle/
Dosage
2 pills 3x per day (morning, midday and evening)
I usually workout in the morning, so I would take 2 caps upon awakening and hit the gym about 20 mins later. I'd then take 2 caps at noon and then the last dose would be between 4-5p.
Recovery 10/10Recovery is one of the biggest effects that I noticed while using Clear Muscle. I started to notice this about 1 week after starting this product and really noticed it after 2 weeks. Before with higher reps, I would notice DOMs after about 24 hours but after starting this I had little to no DOMs. I did have some set backs during this log because of sciatic pain but no actual DOMS both with high rep or increased weight. There was a couple times that I felt like I pulled a muscle and felt it right after but it resolved quickly and had no pain in the following days.
Strength Gains 8/10I was pretty impressed by the strength gains. I had a set back towards the middle of the log with increased sciatic pain. I managed to maintain most of during the recovery and then increased some of my PRs towards the end. I had plateaued on my Bench but managed to break my previous PR. This was a slow by steady process. It felt like it really was maintained and increased after the first month. Strength stayed the same even after drop some weight. Lost some weight without sacrificing any strength. I would recommend this product on a cut to help maintain strength especially prior to powerlifting meets. It could make a big difference
Price 7/10The price could be a little bit of an issue for some people. The price has improved as of late, Bodybuilding.com has Clear Muscle for $50 plus buy one get one 50% off which makes it a decent price. This is for a 2 month supply for about $75 Not terrible but not the best. If the price came down a little bit more it would be more accessible to more people.
Overall 8.5/10This has been a great product to log. I feel that this product helped me considerably during the log. Even with my set back, I maintained my strength and increased in some areas. This could be a great product for cutting before both bodybuilding and powerlifting meets. I had great recovery through the 3 months. I would and have recommended this product for both a cut and bulk. The price could be a little better but it can be worth the price if bought on sale. Solid product overall!
A major thank you to Muscletech and llahhsoj for giving me the opportunity to log Clear Muscle! If a man achieves victory over this body, who in the world can exercise power over him? He who rules himself rules over the whole world. - Vinoba Bhave
