Im pretty ****ing clueless about sups because I've only used whey and multivitamins. Is there a decent brand of BCAAs in pill form? Id like to use it pre and post and post workout would make it inconvenient to have to drink a whey shake and a separate BCAA drink. I guess it could be stacked with pre workout which i also decided to give a shot.

If you insist on taking one, I'm pretty sure ON puts out a BCAA in pill form. As for PWO I'd HIGHLY recommend Tier 1, or the new Tier 1+ by Citadel Nutrition. I have, and use Tier 1 once-to-twice a week, and absolutely love it, I also have the new Tier 1+ which I'm extremely excited to try when my regular Tier 1 runs out.

xtend is pretty good taste like koolai also i would also get some unflavored glutamine to stack it with it. and also i have the pill form amino 2222 tabs by ON each one is one 1g of protein their huge tho and hard to swallow.

I take Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Chocolate protein and it has 5.5g BCAA's and 4g Glutamine. Only extra supps I take are the occasional pre-workout (like 1-3 a month srs) and creatine every day.

Xtend mango flavor is bomb btw.

i doubt it helps recovery more than another 50g of protein or another 500 calories and 2 more hours of sleep

If you have used only whey and multis, go for creatine lol. It is the cheapest sup every and it actually does something for you
