Been busting my A$$ for last 5 years to get back in shape (since I took off from the gym for 5 years) so my goal was to be bigger and stronger than when I was 25.
I am a Ectomorph so its near impossible for me to gain weight. I am bench pressing, sqauting, and dead lifting 315plusx5. I am weighing in at 156lbs and hope to weigh in around 165lbs in a few months. My arms come in at 16.15inches cold.
I look forward in making new friends on 35+

I don't shave my body ever.
His friends had from 1/8th to 3/4ths NA blood. Not too hard to figure but honestly there are very few 3/4 bloods anymore, most are 1/4 to 1/8th at best these days. When I was a kid I only knew one guy my age that was a full blood and all the other NA kids treated him like a ghost or something... was pretty strange. Was friends with Methuselah

I too am jealous of those 16"+ arms. That 156 lbs looks great on you.
I'm surprised the O35 has given you a pass on the quoted comment so far. Usually people catch crap about that kind of comment: You're just not eating enough; not properly tracking calories and/or macros; eat more calories than you burn, etc. I know there are some people just don't care about eating or don't like to eat, and then they complain that they can't put on weight. I suspect you know all that, and that you know what you have to do to gain weight. Keep up the good work.

Yeah. Looking good. You must be relatively short if you appear to carry a fair bit of muscle but are only weighing 156.
Welcome to the over 35 group. Things change as you hit 40+. But with hard work, we can be better than anyone in their 20's.
I was very similar to that pic of you at 18 years old. I understand the ectomorph battle. Even at 43, I still have a metabolism that rivals some teenagers. It is a blessing and a curse.
