Oooh, you rebel
Let me guess, you go swimming only two minutes after a meal too.

I don't know if it is like this for anyone else, but this is what it is like for me.
When I first started eating healthy I hatted it. I couldn't stand the thought of not consuming the foods I had been use to; cake, burgers, soda, you name it. When that cheat day came I went all out.
As time went on though and I noticed my body change and how important those healthy foods I was eating six days a week were, my cheat day started becoming less of a cheat day over time.
Three cheat meals that day would turn into only two. Two cheat meals would turn into only one. Finally one cheat meal would turn into none. The foods I had once loved were making me almost physically sick to my stomach to consume. I just couldn't cheat anymore.
I'm not saying I don't have a cheat meal every now and again, but as a whole the foods I once loved do nothing for me. I would now rather have some low fat cottage cheese and natty peanut butter than a slice of chocolate cake. or a skinless chicken breast rather than a big mac.
Hopefully you guys get what I'm saying.

i think your supposed to cheat every now to shock your system.....what will happen over time is your body will adapt to your new diet then slow your metabolism or speed it up so you stop gaining/losing weight........its a degenerative cycle so you have to now up your diet or cut your diet even more then in time your body will again slow or speed up your metabolism to adapt to your new diet.....of course if you are doing cutting/bulking cycles every few months of each other this should keep your body in check, so you wouldn't need to cheat ever really.....but if your gonna cut for a while I would imagine you need to shock your system every now and then

I give myself one cheat meal a week. I try and stay reasonable, eat a burger and fries and a coke. Some people eat that for 7 or 8 meals a week, I figure with the excersize and diet i stick to once a week is fine, it doesn't seem to affect my progress as long as I keep it to once a week.

wellll it depends on how long you can stay on cutting cycle once ur done bulking u know i have seen i cheat like 3 times easily when i bulk thast why my body fat goes pretty damn high, but when i cutted, ( i said cutted coz i have only done cutting once ) i went down to normal body fat easily coz when i cut, i can really stay strict for a long time. so once i am done i feel like going all out ... blah!
