Taking time off of training and only liquids...advice?

Up until a couple days ago I was bulking slowly on 2500 calories. However, I just had surgery where I can only take liquids for a couple of weeks and shouldn't work out for at least 3 weeks. Any advice on macros?

    My meals so far:

    protein/oats blended
    milk
    orange juice
    apple sauce

    Rest and milkshakes.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
