Got 475x3 today. Pinched something in my back again. Doesn't hurt that bad though

i'm thinking about dividing my training into 2 days
1: squat & bench
2: bench & deadlft
no accessory presses anymore - and do that for 5-7 days a week
am i gonna die ?

what if you tried who was cns with smolov numbers for all 4 lifts?
