Also dropped 2.1lbs in 8 days
Ate 2300 cals for 4 days and 2600 on the days that i did 400cals on the treadmill (y) (cardio every other day in the morning and lifting in the afternoon)

Eugh, managed to bang up my hip a bit after a few tumbles on the slopes, gotta wait for the swelling/bruising to go away before leg training/cardio/boarding may resume.
I've been noticing changes in the mirror which is nice. Diet has been consisting of mainly pizza, eggs, toast and veges. Totally a well rounded diet.

ooops... currently doing intermittent fasting and after the gym i got home about 530. proton shake then had chicken tacos and a yogurt for dinner. after my shower i accidentally fell asleep and woke up this morning
