That's why I'm doing it too. I just keep saying 19 weeks out when I want to binge and it's kept me from doing it so far. I think 16 weeks out im going to try to work with Marc Lobliner as a coach if I'm serious about it and then that takes out all of the guessing with dropping Cals and stuff

If I struggle building my arms (biceps mostly) do you guys think it would be beneficial to do some bicep work at the beginning of my pull workout instead of at the end? I usually just do 3-4 sets of incline curls at the end of my pull workouts, and either some concentration curls or normal standing dumbbell curls. It doesn't seem to be doing a lot though and my curl strength is pretty much the same as a month ago. I've been hitting them about 2x a week like this. My general pulling strenth has however gone up.

something bad happened just now
after my workout i left my gym bag at a girls place and told her to join me for a coffee with friends and we go out and since she lives right next to my bus station i left the bag there and obviously went back to her place with her... turns out somebody broke into her house/flat and stole her laptop, and that girl is like hundreds of miles away from her parents and literally breaks down and has no idea what to do and i obviously stay there and try to comfort her and talk to the police officers and her house owner and she tells me ''thanks for being there'' but in the back of my head i'm playing through ''wouldn't have happened if i didn't tell her to go with me''
on the other hand, she could've been inside while it happened and that would be an 1000 times worse scenario

yes and no, only certain parts are dangerous (e.g. Alipašino polje) and there's some places here and there were junkies happen to be obviously so it's not the best place to be in
she lives behind a parking lot positioned between 4 big buildings, so it's basically a big field with her house alone there beside the buildings and there's a couple of unpleasant guys who frequent that place and probably do their drugs there...
..one of them jokingly asked her what phone she has once she moved there and i came to visit later that day...pushed him against the wall and told him to not even think about ever stealing anything from her or making any problems, ever since he always greets me when i wait for my bus and says ''i'm seeing her around, she's fine''
feelsbad, that's the nicest girl i know now and probably the one that has helped me most with college last year...i feel more like an older brother to her than to my sisters, literally
one of those guys greeted her when we were leaving and I told the police that's most probably the guy who broke in since he saw us leaving, and by the description they knew who it was, he has more than 50+ criminal offenses...i told the police officers that we should go to his address but they told us that when he steals stuff it's never found at his address, he's probably hiding at somebody else's place now...
