    Fifth time snatching, feedback?

    Self taught. No bumpers in this gym. Lifting starts like 0:15 I think, can't trim from mobile. Third rep felt the best. This was my tenth set of triples

    Main things I see:

    Too slow once you pass your knees. This is where your power comes from and it has to be fast

    You're cutting off your second pull too early. The bar touches high thigh instead of hip crease. Widen your grip a bit.

    You're bringing your hips too far forward to meet the bar instead of bringing the bar in to meet your hips. Think vertical extension

    As a result of the above, the bar is moving horizontal and away from you instead of vertical and into you.

    Once you hit your hip crease you need to bend your elbows to propel the bar upwards while keeping it close to you. Imagine a scarecrow with high elbows. Pull the bar up to your sternum and begin your transition under.
