    deadlift 405lbs for 3 raw

    Hey guys havent been deadlifting or any kind of lifting for over 6 months now.
    Just started to get back into it and decided to do deadlifts on back day. I got a good warm up and decided to see where I was at. The catch is I wasnt wearing a belt but I did borrow some chalk from a couple of powerlifters.
    I got 3 solid reps with 405 raw...not too bad
    Just figured I post it.

    135x12 225x10 315x8 405x3 that was just the beginning of my workout I still had to do heavy rows and pulls.

    thanks....since then I have kinda gone back to my powerlifting roots. I got some wrists straps today and did some squats and couldnt help but do some heavy benching too. I put up 295 for 3 nice reps a new pr for me. I dont think I have ever did 295 for 3. This was after heavy squats and leg presses. It feels good to be back in the groove of things.
