I just bought MuscleTech Platinium fish oil and it says that you take 1 serving daily. Since it has 1 grams of fish oil per capsule, isn't that too low? Would it be harmful to take 3-4 capsules per day? Any benefits of using more than one capsule a day? Cheers

2-3g of EPA + DHA daily. Not the same as total Omega 3.
It should list the EPA and DHA amounts on the back, take as many caps as you need to hit 2000-3000mg (adjusted for fatty fish intake)Controlled Labs Warder

We have two types of fish oil, 1 that is budget friendly and one that is advanced.
Ofcourse with a budget friendly product you won't get a super big serving.. This is like anything in life.
It looks like you purchased the Platinum Fish Oil, Our other formula is Platinum Fish Oil(4x).
Ideally a healthy male who works out wants 1.5-3g epa/dha.
Any fish oil will help though, Thus a budget friendly one was born.Kick.com/beetoxic

300mg x 3-4 is 900mg to 1200mg. so it is absolutely fine. many here would even recommend higher dosage. next time, it is probably better to buy fish oil with higher EPA/DHA concentration (at least 50%).
does the physical bottle state 1 pill, one time a day? hopefully MT has not mixed up the directions for their 4x fish oil to the regular onei take it for granted that no hearer of mine will misinterpret what I have to say as the language of cynicism
