    I`ve read a lot of books like The Conjugate Method, Dinosaur Training, 531 etc.

    Reading a book is better but if to lazy, Chris Jones, Mark labliner, Christan Guzman fitness, not Hodge Twins doe, there advice will give u artherites and diabetes in about a week, there more for laghes sake
