Anyone have experience with the Gundam series? Looks like it's worth getting into, but there are literally 10 series that are like 50 episodes each not including the AU.

Worth the commitment?

Having seen them all, yes I do think Gundam is worth getting into.

The main storyline (Universal Century) is and always will be the GOAT but if you want to check out the others I'll break them down into categories,

Full Commitment : Gundam, Zeta, ZZ, CCA, Unicorn, Victory, more OVA's... etc [this is UC and should be watched in the order]
Recommended for new people : Gundam 00, Gundam Wing [easy to get into and two of the best]
If you want more after 00/Wing : Gundam X [actually one of my favs]
Are you female/gay? : Gundam Seed, Gundam Seed Destiny [fairies fighting with used buttplugs]
Gundam nerdgasm : Gundam Build Fighters [imagine robots instead of digimon]
Best viewed after finishing UC : Gundam Reconguista [robots on the planet naboo]
The circle of life : Turn A Gundam [supposed to be connected to all gundam]

That entire chapter felt so potato and inconsistent....might just be me though. They compacted the "date," Hina's backstory with the affair, a confession, AND a proposal to secretly date all in 16 pages? U WOT M8

Lets start from the top, lmao

1. Strong shietty date lmao. Hina knows MC likes her but quickly dismisses their relationship as being purely siblings after a random person asked if they were together. She did this because she wanted to say the harshest thing she possibly could? What does that even mean?

2. Strong teacher with his puppets. What a *******, lmao. Who uses that on high school students? Loooooooooool. Hina is a potato for falling in love with such a ******* and going against her principles (that she wouldnt become involved in an affair because her father was a cheater)

3. MC's splurts out a confession and then she accepts by wanting to date secretly??? What a fuking fuker lmao. She is one sneaky little sloot isn't she. Totally disregards any feelings for her sister, Rui. Not to mention, it was this sneaking around business that spurred the entire MC+Rui plot to dismantle her affair with cheating *******.

MC is such an ondemand for pursuing such an inconsistent and loose girl. Rui's way more mature, doesn't have a facade, expresses her feelings clearly and in a timely fashion, and has a soft ass.

so it looks like the biggest signs of Domestic na Kanojo going potato have been revealed. inb4 KNIM 2.0

Brah, i read this chapter an hour ago and was like fuk this sht i don't even want to make a post about this bs. Alright then

1. Strong date lol. Author didn't even expand on why she would say the harshest things to him (calling him a kid). She's just using him as a rebound and wtf was up with that 1/10 back story? Hold on, one sec, let me find the author's name...lmao his name is Sasuga Kei. Fuker trying to get away with this shtty back story. lol'd at mami's ntr face tho

2. So the line of, "I thought those cheating or having an affair were the worst...that's what i believed" ummm...what? where is her reason lmao

3. I knew Hina was gonna ntr her sister what a ho. She already tried to rape Natsuo once and she concluded he's a kid but now she's just using him as an emotional cushion. strong 25 y/o step-sister standards. She wants to keep this relationship a secret too, though it's understandable lol. She must love the thrill of getting caught hnnnnnng.

Also, I feel like she knows Rui likes Natsuo. Kei just took a sht on the whole story with this chapter, what a shame

I for one don't mind this development, the entire thing was potato as is, this can only lead to good things. One he will prolly fuk her soon, two Rui well get jelly as fuk, three he starts having an affair with Rui and finally they decide to share and MC will be known as harembrah. 10/10 story right there.

On a more cereal note, I don't think she's using him as a rebound solely, it was clear she liked him before too, also keeping it a secret falls under the whole step sibling thing

Also Japan isn't expensive unless you're being a potato with your money. Stay in a hostel/cheap hotel, get a JR rail pass and don't eat at expensive resturants because if you spend literally like 10-mins just wandering around you will find restaurants that do good meals for $8 - $10.

the JR rail pass was so clutch. The price seems steep ($277) but once you're in Japan and use it, dat shiet pays itself off right away. Also, every restaurant I went to seemed to deliver great food

Every time I visit family out in the countryside (Gunma-ken), we stop by this ramen place near the train station…they have this “kara-miso ramen” (spicy miso ramen) which is fuking amazing hnnnngggg!!!

hnnnngh that ramen. Tsukiji sushi was so damn good. Nothing I've eaten since even comes close. I found an authentic Japanese place near me. Like, legitimate Japanese. Last time I went everyone inside (staff and customers) were Japanese, JTV was playing, and people were only speaking in Japanese. Felt so out of place lul. Got this while I was there:

Tadakoro is a real nikka. I can't believe what happened with Kinjou near the end. I have a feeling it will be Kinjou, Maki & Onoda that will make a move. I feel Onoda is definitely going to play a huge role in this final hill climb.

I can't stand the super ****gily drawn weaboo **** that seems to pervade anime today, but back when I was a 6, I rented Fatal Fury the Motion Picture from blockbuster (not knowing what anime was) and thought it was the ****. Went on to rent Vampire Hunter D and thought it was just as cool. Dem Urban Vision previews too, used to really want to watch some of those movies and OAVs. Miss the days of the OG ultraviolent, dark, more realistically drawn anime when CGI wasn't used constantly

Just finished season 1 of kamisama hajimema****a, thought it was fairly well done. Never thought I'd like a reverse harem, but it is pretty funny. Reccomend me some comedy animes, doesn't need to have romance. Action/Comedy would be nice, something in this millenia brahs.

dw, it isn't as dragged out as Nisekoi is. Our MC is still beta as fuark - nothing like the one-shot was.

Mature anime still exist but I wouldn't expect hand drawn anime to return soon because kiddies on the interwebs will get upset.

That being said, some of the most violent anime in recent years have had terrible CGI at the start (Berserk, Kingdom, etc) so you have to ignore it if you want the good chit like limbs being cut off.
