i wanted to know how good is my routine and how can i improve it.
workout A
sqaut 3x5
calf raises 3x8
bench 3x5
bicep curls 3x8
cable crunches 3x12
workout B
deadlift 3x5
hyperextensions 3x8
ohp 3x8
side lat raise 3x8
tricep pushdown 3x8
bicep curls 3x8
is the volume too high or too low / what other exercises can i add/remove?

you can remove everyting then follow a proven routine. after being about a year on that routine you will have enough knowledge on what to add or remove
i know i sound like an a$$h0le but consider that 40 people came by your thread and nobody answered. guess what is the most common newbie question in here...
right now you're in a bubble.
burst through it and you will grow faster than you think you will by generating a random routine without any experience on programming.
consider that-Why do you torture yourselves? Why spend all that time grinding, sweating and risking injuries? Whouldn't you be better off spending all that time reading a book?

Without even looking at the OP ..
