    Shoulder Pain, DB Kickbacks

Having pain in my anterior deltoid when doing DB Kickbacks to hit my triceps. This is an exercise that I really enjoy and I dont really want to drop it. My shoulders are a priority when I lift though, something I really pride myself on, and I definitely don't want any injury. The pain is like the muscle built up heat, very little for the first rep and then exponentially with each following, then when i release the weight and tension the muscle feels a literal "wave" of relief. I can handle it through probably 20 consecutive reps if necessary but i'm currently training in a 5-7 rep range. It still hurts like hell, but its a pain i can tolerate. My anterior deltoid is usually pretty shot after completing 3-5 sets of DB Kickbacks and I cant continue any exercises targeting that specific area without discomfort. Kickbacks aren't even a shoulder workout, all it has to do is flex and I believe my shoulders to be pretty strong. Any ideas as to what it could be? Lactic Buildup and flush? Previous Injury? Inflexibility?

How is your posture? Namely your upper body posture. Do your shoulders round forward when standing relaxed?
