Hey guys,
I started working out 18 months ago (June 2013). I'm 21 years old and I was 5'10 - 140 lbs. During that summer, I went from 140 to 170 lbs then the hockey season started so I stopped dieting and I worked out 3-4 days a week instead of 6. When the hockey season ended, I started dieting again then I went from 175 lbs to 193 lbs from march to june. I guess I dirty bulked because I gained a lot of fat... Then for a second time, I stop dieting for two months. During those two months, I lost 13 lbs. A little of fat, but a lot of muscle. Then I decided to go on a very low carb diet and I shredded to 168 lbs (mid october). I realize I was going nowhere so I started bulking again but clean this time. I'm currently about 180-182 lbs. Can you critique my physique and tell me whats my BF%?
I know my biggest flaw is my delts but I'm working on them. I also need to gain abs.
